We are a high-volume dealership looking for a Skilled Motor Vehicle Clerk to handle motor vehicle transactions, process titles, and ensure our customers have a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Accurately process motor vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork.
Maintain compliance with all state motor vehicle regulations.
Organize and manage deal jackets, title documents, and lien releases.
Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and state agencies to resolve title/registration issues.
Support the office team with general administrative duties as needed.
Previous Motor Vehicle Clerk / Title Clerk experience REQUIRED.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of DMV regulations and dealership processes.
