Position Overview

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Shop Maintenance Representative to support our busy service department. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while assisting technicians and service staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and shop areas

  • Remove trash, fluids, and debris from work areas

  • Safely dispose of used oil, filters, tires, and other materials

  • Monitor and restock shop supplies (rags, fluids, cleaning products, etc.)

  • Assist technicians with moving vehicles when needed

  • Perform basic facility maintenance tasks

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing service areas

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
