Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in the automotive industry with room for advancement.

No prior dealership experience required — we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing automotive parts

• Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and computer systems

• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels

• Receive and process incoming parts orders

• Assist walk-in retail and wholesale customers

• Prepare parts invoices and documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized parts department

• Support the Parts Manager with daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail

• Good computer skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license

• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required

• Dealership or warehouse experience is a plus
