Qualifications • Automotive sales experience is not necessary, however, previous experience in sales or customer service-related industries is helpful • 21 Years of age and older • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment • Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays • Experience with commission-based sales • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background Check) | Responsibilities • As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and build strong customer relationships based on authentic, ongoing engagement. • You’ll be instrumental in helping increase overall store sales. • You will be working for an established and growing company that prides itself on providing its employees with a supportive family environment that encourages personal initiative and professional growth. • I am professionally communicating with customers via phone, text, email, and in person. • Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles for appointments. • Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives. • This would include warming up vehicles, filling vehicles with gas, and ensuring cars are clean and presentable for our customers. • Organize necessary paperwork for customers and staff. • Transport vehicles to our wash bay facility • Deliver sold vehicles to customers and further explain vehicle features and technology in a professional manner. • Transport customer vehicles for accessories installation • Maintain vehicle descriptions for the website. • Process new vehicle inventory.
