Auto Parts Counterperson

We are looking for a conscientious, people-oriented candidate who will share our commitment to customer satisfaction. Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and committed to helping customers. Strong knowledge of automobile parts and customer service background preferred.
Duties:
Assist internal and external customers by researching part numbers and processing orders
Daily shipping and receiving
Responsible for accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders
Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory by performing regular cycle counts and annual inventories
Assist Service Department with Repair Order functions
Heavy lifting required, objects weighing over 50 pounds
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
Contribute to organization’s team effort by accomplishing special projects and tasks
Skills/qualifications:
Supply Management, Inventory Control, and/or Mechanical Background is a plus
Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience with computerized inventory systems such as CDK
Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Forklift certification a plus, but not required
High School diploma
