JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Responsibilities

Actively involved in all activities relating to truck and fleet commercial sales to attain the goals regarding market share, unit sales, revenues, gross profits, expenses, and department profit as provided in the dealership’s marketing and business plan

Responsible for customer calls, quotes, and sales closings

Manage and oversee customer relations, pricing, and truck and or fleet orders to OEM

Interact daily with Finance and Insurance department

Buy, sell, and trade trucks

Maintain awareness of current and projected market conditions

Manage and develop leads

Dedicated logistics and commercial truck maintenance

Researches availability of models and optional equipment & Remains knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories

Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

encourages repeat and referral business

Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales

Maplecrest  Ford Lincoln is a Volume Dealer, selling and servicing more cars & trucks than their competitors while providing excellent buying and ownership experiences! We are looking to expand our Commercial truck business and this qualified candidate will focus on commercial truck and fleet vehicle sales. Taking on our already large number of customer accounts as well as be able to generate new sales, maintaining dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
